Return & Refund Policy
At Renaissance Fine Consignment, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns and refunds in accordance with the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned under this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include original tags and packaging when applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration after delivery
4. Consignment & One-of-a-Kind Items
Many products offered by Renaissance Fine Consignment are sourced through consignment and may be unique or limited in quantity.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided to accurately represent each item. Minor variations in color appearance due to screen settings may occur and do not constitute a product defect.
If an item differs substantially from its description or photographs, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
If the claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing after the item is received.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order separately.
